Super Happy Fun Red Ring of Death Stories!
So yeah, I went to go play some Dead Rising about 2 hours ago, and just my luck I got the always popular Red Ring of Death on my Xbox 360. So I figured I'd start a topic for fun and see how many of you guys out there have had a 360 die on you.
The best part is I apparently need the receipt as proof of purchase to qualify for the warrenty, which I no longer have. Naturally this made me an even bigger fan of Microsoft than Windows XP Service Pack 2 killing my motherboard or Windows ME not being so great. Feel free to post any Microsoft related horror stories I guess, not neccesarily limited to the 360. |

My xbox 360 is with my brother in college and is working fine but my friends did however get the red ring of death
 Not to say he did this... yet... But what you should do is buy a new 360, keep the new one and put in the old one and say you got the red ring of death.

Mine got the RRoD when I was playing Guitar Hero 2. It made me sad, because I was really close to beating Free Bird on Expert...

i was trying a 360 at gamestop and them when i was playing call of duty it frozed...
